The Royal Mauian grounds are located directly alongside Kihei's famous Kamaole Beach I beach park. At the edge of the sea lies a large, freshwater swimming pool. The lush landscaped grounds invite you to stroll at your pace, enjoying the fresh tradewinds and the scent of tropical flowers.

A refrigerated serving bar and gas grills make the carpeted rooftop garden a favorite spot for sunning by day, meeting friends for evening cocktails or even your own dinner, hot off the grill! The rooftop garden offers a 360° view of some of the most beautiful scenery in the world: splendid 10,000' Haleakala, the islands of Lanai and Kahoolawe in the pacific, the West Maui mountains and some of the world's most spectacular sunsets.
